General Provisions

Account Security

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal processing time: generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.

Suspicious Transactions

General Bonus Terms

Prohibited Activities

Account Suspension & Closure

777jy may temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• While an investigation into suspicious or fraudulent activity is ongoing.
• If identity verification documents are not provided.
• If the account has had no activity for an extended period.
• For any legal or regulatory reason.

Closure by the User

You may close your 777jy account at any time. To do so, contact us via 24/7 live chat or email. Any valid balance will be arranged for withdrawal before the account is closed.

Any valid balance in a suspended account will be returned after the investigation is completed and no violation is found. However, if a terms violation is proven, the balance may be forfeited.
